Under the direct supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, and in collaboration with the Wraparound Team, the Facilitator coordinates the development and implementation of individualized service plans and provides direct services to children and families in order to maximize the involvement of all persons and the implementation of plans. This job position facilitates the integration, coordination, and implementation of services.

Essential Requirements:
1. Completion of a clinical program with Masters or PH.D. in a field of behavioral science from an accredited educational institution.
2. Two or more years of direct practice experience working with seriously disturbed children, adolescents, and families.
3. Must be physically and mentally fit to work with potentially violent, severely emotionally disturbed children in accordance with the Agency’s Physical and Mental Fitness Standards Personnel Policy.
4. Must possess a valid CA driver’s license and a driving record that meets the agency standards outlined in the Agency’s Personnel Policy; Motor Vehicle Operating Standards.
5. Must be willing to work with a culturally integrated workplace, and be willing to respect human differences.
Desired Requirements:
? Hold a clinical license or current intern registration issued by appropriate state agency consistent with standards for license eligible or waiver able status.
? Experience in crisis intervention and stabilization.
? Basic knowledge related to modern management practices and techniques, and the ability to supervise and coach other staff.
