FICS Stockton is currently accepting applications for Program Supervisor. Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, this position is responsible for providing clinical and program supervision/support to a service team providing mental health services in a community based setting.

Essential Requirements:

  • Completion of a clinical program with a Masters or Ph.D. in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral or medical science from an accredited institution.
  • Two years post-graduate degree experience in a related field.
  • Must possess a license in California as a mental health clinician (MFT, LCSW, Ph.D.) or have two years supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Desired Requirements:

  • Previous work with severely emotionally disturbed children.
  • Possess basic knowledge related to public regulations and guidelines governing the operations of mental health programs.
  • Previous experience working within a Medi-Cal certified site, and familiarity with Medi-Cal billable standards and expectations.
