The Victor Family of Services seeks a dynamic, talented leader, with a broad range of skills and abilities, to work with multiple stakeholders in providing mental health and social support services to children and youth in Riverside County. This individual would possess a passion and interest for working with Transitional Age Youth in Riverside County and would have a strong background in program development. This is an opportunity to provide leadership and management to a brand new program with a foundation of strength-based, community-based service delivery. Put your talents to work supporting the excellence of our Victor employees who are doing the most important work of supporting adolescents and families in the development of self-efficacy, wellness, and mental health. Essential Requirements: 1. Completion of a clinical program with a Masters or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral science from an accredited educational institution. 2. Two years post-graduate degree management/supervisory experience in a related field. Desired Requirements: 1. Possess basic knowledge related to public regulations and guidelines governing the operations of mental health programs. 2. Licensed in California as a mental health clinician (MFT, LCSW, PhD)
