The Victor Family of Services seeks an extraordinary individual, with a broad range of skills and abilities, to provide leadership and oversight for a Level 14 Residential Treatment Facility and a Non-Public School located in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. This individual must posses a high level of character and demonstrated skills, with passion and commitment in the service of severely emotionally disturbed children, youth, and their families. The successful candidate will work with a highly empowered long term Executive Team and have abundant opportunity for personal growth and development, supported by an agency culture rich in positivity, compassion for one another, and striving for excellence at all levels.

Essential Requirements:

1. Completion of a clinical program with a Masters or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral science from an accredited educational institution.

2. Two years post-graduate degree management/supervisory experience in a related field.

Desired Requirements:

1. Possess a license in California as a mental health clinician (MFT, LCSW, PhD)

2. Possess basic knowledge related to public regulations and guidelines governing the operations of mental health programs.
