VCSS Yolo provides prevention and early intervention services targeted to the underserved urban population in Yolo County, including the cities of Davis, Woodland and West Sacramento. The primary focus of the program is to increase resiliency and protective factors to prevent individuals and families from developing symptoms of mental illness and the associated negative life outcomes. Services are provided exclusively in the community in the natural settings where children and transition aged youth (TAY) and their families live and attend school. VCSS Yolo staff includes an Executive Director, Clinical Supervisors, Clinicians, Mental Health Resource Specialists, and Parent Partners.
