With the newly licensed full services Adoptions Program from the State of California, Rosemary Children’s Services (a division of Victor) has made a firm commitment to the permanency of foster children who are unable to reunite with their birth families by recruitment of Resource Families willing to adopt. The Resource Family (Foster/Adoptive) parents and our professional staff at Rosemary Children's Services work as a team to provide consistent care, and treatment for the children. Rosemary continually seeks eligible families and individuals to join our foster program. The most important criteria is the desire to make a difference in the life of a child and the ability to work as a team with Rosemary Children’s Services.
North Valley Schools are the education programs operated under the auspices of Victor Treatment Centers. North Valley School (NVS) is WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) accredited and certified by the State of California Department of Education. North Valley School's mission is to provide a successful, comprehensive, and therapeutic educational program. It is designed to educate special education students whom have been unsuccessful in the regular education environment utilizing state standards based driven curriculum.
As part of Victor Treatment Centers, Rosemary Children’s Services owns and operates four residential facilities that serve 33 at-risk female adolescent youth. The Cottage (home to fifteen), along with three residential facilities (home to six) provide safe and supportive environments for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18. All the residential facilities are located within the Pasadena and South Pasadena area.
