Hemet
VCSS Hemet is located in the city of Hemet, CA.
Hemet is a city in the San Jacinto Valley in Riverside County, California, and neighbors the town of San Jacinto. The founding of Hemet predates the formation of Riverside County. The formation of Lake Hemet helped the city to grow and stimulated agriculture in the area. One fun fact about Hemet is that the city is known for being the home of The Ramona Pageant. Started in 1923, the play is one of the longest running outdoor plays in the United States. The city is also home to the Hemet Valley Medical Center, a 320-bed general hospital.
VCSS Hemet opened in March of 2018 and provides wraparound programs for children's mental health services. We are honored to serve the families and children of Hemet.
Our agency is also licensed by Los Angeles County to provide Foster Care and Adoption Services.
The wide array of services we offer for resource/foster families and adoption services can be found by visiting ffa.victor.org or calling our Pomona office at (909) 766-7060.
Our program provides an incredible support system for families who want to open their home to a foster child or are interested in permanent adoption. Our mission for the Foster Family Agency is to Connect Children and Teenagers with Caring Families. If you have any interest in becoming a foster parent please visit our website dedicated to FFA information and services. We would love to meet you!
