Victor’s Oakland location serves children, youth, and families throughout Alameda County with community-based mental health services, care coordination, and family engagement support.
Located at 1900 Embarcadero in Oakland, our team works alongside young people, families, caregivers, service providers, and community partners to strengthen support networks, coordinate care, and help families navigate their individual needs.
The Oakland team also supports Alameda County foster youth who reside in San Joaquin County, helping maintain connection and coordination across communities when services extend beyond county boundaries.
Victor Community Support Services at Oakland provides a collaborative and family-centered environment where individuals, families, care teams, and community partners can work together to identify strengths, navigate challenges, and build pathways toward greater stability and wellbeing.

Intensive Care Coordination
Strength-based coordination and individualized planning that brings families, providers, and other members of the care team together to support stability, wellbeing, and shared goals.
