Victor’s San Jose location serves children, youth, and families throughout Santa Clara County with compassionate, community-based mental health services rooted in strength-based care and collaborative support.
Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, our San Jose office is dedicated to providing intensive care coordination and mental health services to families involved in multiple systems of care, including child welfare, probation, behavioral health, and early childhood development. Drawing on evidence-based practices and a family-centered philosophy, our teams work with caregivers, partners, and community organizations to support meaningful outcomes and lasting resilience.

Programs and Services
At this location we offer a range of tailored programs designed to meet the needs of Santa Clara County’s youth and families. These include:
Bridging Families Program
Comprehensive, intensive care coordination and mental health services for children and families involved with multiple systems of care.
Intensive Care Coordination
Individualized wraparound planning and coordination to help children and families achieve safety, permanency, and overall wellbeing.
Community Based Mental Health
Strength-based therapeutic supports offered in homes, schools, and community settings.
Early Childhood Mental Health (0–5 Services)
Specialized, evidence-based early childhood mental health support and case management for families with children ages 0 to 5.
Case Management Services
Support connecting families to needed services and resources within their communities.
Child and Family Teaming (CFT)
Collaborative care team model that brings together caregivers and professionals to build plans that reflect family strengths and goals.
